The Hollis
One level, built around a vaulted great room.
A single-level plan with the bedrooms split from the main living area by the kitchen. A covered rear porch faces the view. It suits a narrower lot and keeps stairs out of the house.
The garage enters through the mudroom and laundry, so wet coats and groceries never cross the kitchen. The sliding door in the great room opens onto the covered porch.

The Sagebrush
Two gabled wings joined by a covered porch. This is the house on this site.
The main bedroom is on the ground floor, with three bedrooms above under the gables. The porch is the entry, and the best seat in the house at dusk.
Downstairs, the kitchen, pantry and mudroom sit in the east wing beside the garage, and the great room fills the west wing. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two baths gather around the stair and a loft.

Room for a household that is still growing, with a bonus room over the garage.
A larger two-level plan with a main-floor study, a wide kitchen and an upstairs bonus room. Deep eaves shade the south glass in summer.
The three-car garage enters through a mudroom and laundry. The primary suite is on the main level; three more bedrooms, two baths and the bonus room are upstairs. The kitchen and great room share one open space across the back.
